What do I do if I need to cancel?

We appreciate things happen out of our control, but please try and give us as much notice as possible. In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must call us on 07814 496 464 during business hours (10-7pm).

Is there parking?

Yes, and best of all it is FREE! As an extra bonus we offer free charging to our clients that have an electrical vehicle. 

Where do I wait for my treatment?

We aren't like other Salons and give ample time between clients meaning you should never be waiting Kirsty will know you have arrived and welcome you. Just knock or ring. Simple.

Do I really need to have a patch test?

Yes. A thousand time yes. We know it can be a pain but for your own safety we will not carry out any treatments requiring a patch test without one completed. The patch test needs to be completed 48 hours prior to treatment without a reaction. To book a patch test simply contact us.

How can I pay?

We accept both cash and card through our secure third party iZettle.

Can I bring my child?

Yes. Of course, we have many clients who bring their children and we pride ourselves on being felxible and supportive. This is your treatment and you decide who to bring with you.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

Each treament is unique and we would rather discuss your personal needs first. We would offer you free advise on your treatment plan based on your age before booking. Please get in touch

Are walk-ins welcome?

In order to give each customer our undivided attention we unfortunately don't offer walk-ins to avoid disruption to your treatments. We do however offer same day appointments when available, but advise to ring in advance if short notice.

Is there any refund policy if I am not satisfied?

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our treatments. In the first instance, please be honest with your therapist as we strive to ensure you always leave happy and satisfied. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Do I need prior consultation?

No. Dring your first visit your therapist will work with you through an in-depth consultation. At this time, they will assess your needs to determine the best possible treatments and products to use during your experience.
